Can I buy from abroad or without Moroccan nationality?
Yes. There are no restrictions for buyers who live abroad or do not have Moroccan nationality. The purchase contract is signed before a notary, and you receive your own land title (titre foncier) for your apartment.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, in three instalments. You pay 25 % on reservation and receive a signed receipt stating the amount, apartment type and floor. A further 25 % follows three months later. The remaining 50 % is paid when the notarial purchase contract is signed – you receive the keys the same day.
What comes with the apartment?
Three bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a balcony. Every apartment comes with a space in the underground car park, included in the land title.
When will Residence Malak be finished?
Completion is expected in May 2027. The construction photos above show the current stage – we are happy to send you new photos on WhatsApp.
